INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

Holcomb's Office Supply gladly accepts returns on regular products within 30 days from the invoice date. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise for return, exchange, or credit after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Shorts must be reported within 10 days of invoice date to be filled.

Returned items much be in resalable condition.  “Resalable” means that the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all packaging materials and literature included.  The packaging must be completely intact.  Writing on or otherwise destroying the packaging may cause your return to be refused.  The item will then be returned to you.

The following items are not returnable:

• Food and beverage products
• Any printer cartridge that has been opened
• Any data/media storage that has been opened
• Pharmaceutical products
• Custom-made products
• All special ordered products not in our general line catalog

Please make sure you verify all printer cartridges before they are opened.  These items cannot be returned once they are opened.
